NOTE: This notice was updated on 11 March 2022 for the following reason: Change to Description, reducing the insurance backed warranty requirement from 25 years to 10 years.(You are invited to tender for roof repair work at Abbots Moss Nursery. Repairs include the removal of existing roof coating to the metal corrugated sheets plus cut edge corrosion repairs. The replacement of roof lights (and removal of some) is required. A new coating is then to be applied to roof sheets in accordance with manufacturer's instructions to obtain a 25year insurance backed warranty. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
