Tender description

The City of Edinburgh Council requires the services of a suitably experienced organisation to act as an independent organisation to deliver an Energy Advice Service to help City of Edinburgh Council Tenants reduce their energy costs and live in warmer, more comfortable homes. Through the Service, at least 1,200 Tenants will be directly engaged and supported each year to reduce fuel poverty and help reduce energy costs. Direct Award utilising the Scotland Excel Energy Advice Framework Agreement to provide energy advice service for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further year.
