Appendix A-Design Risk Register) • Declaration of Suitability for Contractors for Small Works • Construction Mitigation Measures – Covid-19 Please note that works are to be completed during the Summer Holidays 2022 (circa mid June – mid August on a fixed price basis). The completed tender documents are to be returned by email to info@mattomahony.ie on or before 12noon on Friday, 25th March 2022.
