Tender description

The works comprise of the demolition of the Existing Lockup Garages, concrete floor slabs/foundations and all associated works including the removal from site of all debris. The works also include the upfill of existing voids left by demolition and the import of a minimum of 300mm deep clean topsoil to be at the same level as adjacent ground level.
