Term Service Contract for the provision of Reactive Maintenance, Remedial Works & Planned Preventative Maintenance Services ("TSC") - Contract Extension The University intends to extend the current five year TSC agreement with Graham Asset Management Limited (T/A Graham Facilities Management) for a period of less than 12 months, anticipated to expire on 31 January 2023, as it prepares to tender (via a procedure scheduled to be advertised in Find a Tender in April 2022) for the provision of building maintenance services. Lot 1: Building Maintenance Services - Fabric Building Maintenance Services - Fabric Lot 2: Building Maintenance - Mechanical Building Maintenance - Mechanical Lot 3: Building Maintenance - Electrical Building Maintenance - Electrical Lot 4: Student Accommodation (Maintenance) Student Accommodation (Maintenance) Additional information: All four lots are awarded to the same supplier
