Supply and installation of floor tiles and resin floor coverings for the new milk processing factory

The Pembrokeshire Creamery Ltd. plant is a purpose-built 3000m2 dairy processing site, to be commissioned 4th quarter 2022, and fully operational by first quarter of 2023 on a green field site at Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire.It aims to process approx. 1,000,000 litres of liquid milk per week with options to increase milk bottling capacity and processing of cream products in the future.The flooring supply is part of a major project to construct a new building for milk processing plant at the Haverfordwest site. The installation of the flooring will be delivered in conjunction with other major civil works on site but splits into distinct phases with work being carried out by other suppliers engaged by the Purchaser and at the same time that the flooring is being installed.Floor tiles and resin coatings must be supplied and installed to meet current food safety standards and regulations.The works will be carried out as part of a Notified CDM project.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=118909.
