The University of South Wales (USW) is a Higher Education establishment with facilities located on several sites across South Wales and is seeking a heritage and conservation experienced and accredited contractor to undertake external repair work on the designated Grade II Listed building located on the Treforest campus.Ty Crawshay is a designated Grade II Listed Building. (Cadw Ref: 25881. Note that listing description refers to the building as Forest House, but the contemporary name is Ty Crawshay).The listing description is available in Appendices C and also by utilising Cadw’s ‘Cof Cymru’ database (https://cadw.gov.wales/advice-support/cof-cymru/search-cadw-records) and locating the Treforest and Glyntaff sites.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=118938.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
