Tender description

The company is seeking to purchase a new automatic flat bottomed pouch filling and sealing machine. Constructed for306 grade SS the machine needs to be able to pick, open and place a range of pouch sizes from 250g to 1Kg. The machine design needs to be flexible to enable adaptation for different bag designs (including tin ties). Fill rate should achieve 12 bags per minute minimum for 1Kg whole bean.Machine changeover time shouldn't exceed 20 minutes. The machine will also be required to digitally heat seal the bags and and date print. The packer will be fed by an auger feed with pre determined doses and will need to communicate with the auger feed via and electronic handshake.
