Management System Assessments (Audits & Certification)

Tender description

This Agreement is for the provision of accredited third party certification of specified Management Systems, assessment schemes and specifications within Anglian Water Services. This will also include non-accredited certification if applicable and required by Anglian Water. This Agreement does not include any management systems outside of the regulated activities of Anglian Water. Lot 1: This Agreement is for the provision of accredited third-party certification of specified Management Systems, assessment schemes and specifications within Anglian Water Services. This Agreement does not include any management systems outside of the regulated activities of Anglian Water. Anglian Water are looking to contract with a Supplier who has the appropriate UKAS accreditation for Anglian Water's specified Management Systems, Standards, Assessment Schemes and Specifications. The Supplier will work with us in a continuous improvement manner and support us to achieve our business objectives across the next AMP, through transformative integrated and unified standards across its operations, creating efficiencies and practices so that Anglian Water is positioned to be leading within its sector. The successful Supplier shall hold the relevant /applicable accreditation as issued by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) in respect of all applicable standards, assessment, schemes, and specifications as required under the Agreement. The services required will be split into core and non-core management system standards, assessment schemes and specifications (defined as 'Core Standards') detailed below. It is Anglian Water's requirement that all Core Standards will be delivered by the deployment of directly employed assessors only. The Core Standards are as follows: ISO 45001:2018 - Health & Safety Management, ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management, ISO 22301:2019 Business Continuity Management and ISO 55001:2014 Asset Management. All other system standards, assessment schemes and specifications required under the Agreement are defined as 'Non-Core Standards' as detailed in the Guidance Document attached to the event. It is preferable but not a requirement for all these services to be delivered by in - house direct labour within the Supplier's own organisation and using the Supplier's directly employed assessors. Anglian Water considers it acceptable for some of the Non-Core Standards to be delivered by third party arrangements (including other group companies or contracted partners) subject to awareness, prior written agreement in accordance with the terms of the Agreement, transparency and meeting the overall contract specification. In the event that third parties intend to deliver these service elements, detail will need to be provided as per the evaluation criteria.
