Tender description

IT Managed Services to Commission for Communications Regulation (ComReg) Using Competitive Dialogue. Please refer to all Procurement Documentation on the Contract Notice. Lot 1: Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) dated 9 June 2021, For the provision of IT Managed Services to Commission for Communications Regulation (ComReg). Tender procedure: Competitive Dialogue Procedure This is stage One – the PQQ Call for Competition As per published contract notice PQQ Procurement Documentation: The initial Term of the contract shall be as per 1.4 of PQQ: "Any contract that may result from this Competition (the 'Services Contract') will be issued for a term of Four Years ('the Term') " 10.02.2022 to 09.02.2026. And as published 1.5 of PQQ, "The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the Term for a period or periods of up to One year with a maximum of Two such extensions on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority’s obligations at law." Please refer to all procurement documentation in order to submit a PQQ ( step one)
