Tender description
This tender is inviting you to take part in a Further Competition exercise to meet the requirements of Cannock Chase District Council. This invitation to tender is issued under ESPO framework agreement no. 203_21 Technology Enabled Care Products & Services under Lot 2. Unless agreed otherwise, any contract awarded, and subsequent order placed as a result of the further competition exercise shall be subject to the 203_21 Technology Enabled Care Products & Services Terms of Agreement. Any order placed pursuant to this further competition exercise will be subject to the End User Agreement Terms as agreed as part of the contract entered into with ESPO.
