Tender description

OHCAT wishes to engage a contractor to undertake safeguarding improvement works (Fencing and Gates) comprising and the installation of new sectional boundary fencing and provision of vehicular and pedestrian gates with associated automation and access controls as well as tree removal and a new tarmacadam zebra crossing at Dysart School, 190 Ewell Road, Surbiton, Surrey, KT6 6HL. Lot 1: The proposal is to address significant issues relating to the condition and age of the existing roofs. Various instances of water ingress have been reported over a number of years and continue to cause significant disruption within the school. Additional information: The ITT states details of site visits which bidders must take account of.
