Tender description

The project will include, but not limited to, the safe removal of asbestos and the full demolition and removal of 5 No buildings and the part demolition and removal of 1 No extension to an existing building situated at Oliver’s Mount Race Track. All the buildings are showing signs of various stages of structural instability. There is an isolated issue of a known BIO HAZARD caused by contaminated land underneath the existing extension to the Pit Stop Café. The project includes the removal of the extension only from the Pit Stop Café and the de‐contamination of land below this structure.
