The City and County of Swansea intends to undertake works to Gardens within the curtilage of dwellings including boundaries at 199 No properties throughout the Fforesthall /Ravenhill area of Swansea. The Works include the upgrading of boundary and party wall fencing, gates, clothes lines, paths and hedges in accordance with the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS).NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
