The services required for annual website hosting and maintenance can only be fulfilled by a specific agency - Simpleview - who have sole access to Visit Birmingham's back end infrastructure and CMS/DMS. Each year we pay Simpleview, our website provider, hosting and maintenance costs for the running of our core leisure tourism channels visitbirmingham.com/meetbirmingham.com and makeitwm.com - this is a service that can solely be done by them, as they alone have access to the IT systems and infrastructure that is required to fulfil this service. This could not be outsourced to a 3rd party provider. Hosting and maintenance of visitbimmingham.com/meetbirmingham.com and makeitwm.com.
