Repair Works to Low Rise Properties (Framework)

Tender description

The purpose of this contract is to establish an overall framework to allow contracts to be let and contractor(s) appointed to undertake repair works to a wide variety of low rise construction types and locations - including domestic properties and non-domestic properties, pitched roof repairs and replacement works, Lot 1: The purpose of this procurement is to establish an over-arching framework contract that will allow contracts to be let and contractor(s) appointed: 1)to provide access for surveys and works; 2)undertake repair and improvement works to a wide variety of low rise construction types and locations (including to domestic properties and non-domestic properties)3) roofing works and 4) undertake sundry related tasks. The framework contract is to be a ranked framework although the Council reserves the right to go to a mini-competition where it considers a mini-competition tender to be appropriate.
