Tender description
This contract is for the provision, implementation, training, support and maintenance of an online booking system which will allow customers to book online for our dome shows, special events, donate to AOP and to enable the selling of gift vouchers. To ensure the continuous provision of a quality customer and reporting on sales must be provided. The Contractor must provide a price or percentage commission per ticket sold. The tickets sold must include our public dome shows and special events, school bookings and free entry tickets. More details on the contract requirements detailed below.
