Tender description

The purpose of this contract is for the Commission to contract web design and development experts to design a user-centric website. The entirety of the website is likely to be between 15 and 18 pages. The primary objective of the website is to demonstrate what the Commission actually does to improve the lives of victims and survivors and how it contributes to Northern Ireland society. The key audiences for this element of our work are; victims and survivors, politicians (NI, GB and RoI), civil servants, community-based organisations, policing and justice institutes, academics and journalists. A secondary objective of the website is to provide all necessary corporate and governance information to uphold our value of accountability and transparency. The key audiences for this element of our work are auditors and civil servants. Whilst design and aesthetics of the Commission’s website are important aspects of the project, it is crucial that the Contractor has a clear understanding of digital marketing and the backend website development to ensure the final product is user-focussed.
