Procure Plus are a value focused, not for profit company that specialises in the procurement of goods and services related to both the new build, repair, and maintenance of social housing. Originally focussed in the North West, Procure Plus a re now extending their offer with the aim of delivering a service across the UK. Procure Plus wishes to procure and enter into a framework agreement for the supply and installation of low and zero carbon technologies. Suppliers and contractors appointed to the framework agreement will be required to work collaboratively across the different lots in the framework agreement to deliver projects that will increase energy efficiency within buildings across both social housing and the wider public sector. Lot 1: Supply of Air Source Heat Pump Systems and associated materials This Lot is for the supply of Air Source Heat Pump Systems and associated materials. The Suppliers appointed to this Lot will be responsible for ensuring the goods are delivered to the destination specified by the customer. A maximum of 15 suppliers will be appointed to this lot. Lot 2: Supply of Ground Source Heat Pump Systems 3-6kw and associated materials This Lot is for the supply of Ground Source Heat Pump Systems (3-6kw) and associated materials. The Suppliers appointed to this Lot will be responsible for ensuring the goods are delivered to the destination specified by the customer. A maximum of 10 suppliers will be appointed to this lot. Lot 3: Supply of Ground Source Heat Pump Systems 6kw+ and associated materials This Lot is for the supply of Ground Source Heat Pump Systems (6kw+) and associated materials. The Suppliers appointed to this Lot will be responsible for ensuring the goods are delivered to the destination specified by the customer. A maximum of 10 suppliers will be appointed to this lot. Lot 4: Supply of Heat Interface Units and associated materials This Lot is for the supply of Heat Interface Units and associated materials and associated materials. The Suppliers appointed to this Lot will be responsible for ensuring the goods are delivered to the destination specified by the customer. A maximum of 10 suppliers will be appointed to this lot. Lot 5: Supply of Solar Photovoltaic and Energy Storage Systems and associated materials This Lot is for the supply of Solar Photovoltaic and Energy Storage Systems and associated materials. The Suppliers appointed to this Lot will be responsible for ensuring the goods are delivered to the destination specified by the customer. A maximum of 7 suppliers will be appointed to this lot. Lot 6: Installation of Air Source Heat Pump Systems - National The scope of the works includes the Installation of Air Source Heat Pump Systems and associated works. In respect of Lots 6-13 inclusive, Bidders are permitted to tender for a maximum of two Lots. A maximum of 10 companies will be appointed to this lot. Lot 7: Installation of Air Source Heat Pump Systems - North West The scope of the works includes the Installation of Ground Source Heat Pump Systems and associated work within the North West of England. In respect of Lots 6-13 inclusive, Bidders are permitted totender for a maximum of two Lots. A maximum of 15 companies will be appointed to this Lot. Lot 8: Installation of Air Source Heat Pump Systems - Wales The scope of the works includes the Installation of Ground Source Heat Pump Systems and associated works in Wales. In respect of Lots 6-13 inclusive, Bidders are permitted to tender for a maximum of two Lots. A maximum of 10 companies will be appointed to this lot. Lot 9: Installation of Air Source Heat Pump Systems - Yorkshire and Humberside The scope of the works includes the Installation of Ground Source Heat Pump Systems and associated works in Yorkshire and Humberside. In respect of Lots 6-13 inclusive, Bidders are permitted to tender for a maximum of two Lots. A maximum of 10 companies will be appointed to this lot. Lot 10: Installation of Air Source Heat Pump Systems - North East The scope of the works includes the Installation of Ground Source Heat Pump Systems and associated works in the North East. In respect of Lots 6-13 inclusive, Bidders are permitted to tender for a maximum of two Lots. A maximum of 10 companies will be appointed to this lot. Lot 11: Installation of Air Source Heat Pump Systems - East Midlands The scope of the works includes the Installation of Ground Source Heat Pump Systems and associated works in the East Midlands. In respect of Lots 6-13 inclusive, Bidders are permitted to tender for a maximum of two Lots. A maximum of 10 companies will be appointed to this lot. Lot 12: Installation of Air Source Heat Pump Systems - West Midlands The scope of the works includes the Installation of Ground Source Heat Pump Systems and associated works predominantly in the West Midlands. In respect of Lots 6-13 inclusive, Bidders are permitted to tender for a maximum of two Lots. A maximum of 10 companies will be appointed to this lot. Lot 13: Installation of Air Source Heat Pump Systems - South The scope of the works includes the Installation of Ground Source Heat Pump Systems and associated works in the South of England. In respect of Lots 6-13 inclusive, Bidders are permitted to tender for a maximum of two Lots. A maximum of 15 companies will be appointed to this lot. Lot 14: Installation of Ground Source Heat Pump Systems The scope of the works includes the Installation of Ground Source Heat Pump Systems and associated work. A maximum of 10 companies will be appointed to this lot. Lot 15: Installation of Shared Loop Ground Source Heat Pump Systems The scope of the works includes the Installation of Shared Loop Ground Source Heat Pump Systems and associated works. A maximum of 7 companies will be appointed to this lot. Lot 16: Installation of Solar Photovoltaic and Energy Storage Systems - National The scope of the works includes the Installation of Solar Photovoltaic and Energy Storage Systems and associated works. In respect of Lots 16-23 inclusive, Bidders are permitted to tender for a maximum of two Lots. A maximum of 10 companies will be appointed to this lot. Lot 17: Installation of Solar Photovoltaic and Energy Storage Systems - North West The scope of the works includes the Installation of Solar Photovoltaic and Energy Storage Systems and associated works in the North West. In respect of Lots 16-23 inclusive, Bidders are permitted to tender for a maximum of two Lots. A maximum of 15 companies will be appointed to this lot. In respect of Lots 16-23 inclusive, Bidders are permitted to tender for a maximum of two Lots. A maximum of 10 companies will be appointed to this lot. Lot 23: Installation of Solar Photovoltaic and Energy Storage Systems - South The scope of the works includes the Installation of Solar Photovoltaic and Energy Storage Systems and associated works in the South of England. In respect of Lots 16-23 inclusive, Bidders are permitted to tender for a maximum of two Lots. A maximum of 15 companies will be appointed to this lot.
