Framework Agreement for Bitumen Emulsion Supplies and Services

This is an Award Notice only. Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) acting as the Central Purchasing Body (CPB) coordinated the establishment of a Multi-party Framework Agreement for the procurement of Bitumen Emulsion Supplies and Services. The Framework Agreement is divided into two separate Lots. Lot 1 for the Supply Only of Bitumen Emulsion products and Lot 2 is for the Supply and Spraying of Bitumen Emulsion products. Mini Competition Contracts awarded under the Framework agreement are awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous on the basis of the award criteria set out in the mini competition tender documents Lot 1: Supply Only of Bitumen Emulsion products This is a multi-party Framework Agreement for the provision of Applicants to supply Bitumen Emulsion products (Lot 1). The estimated values associated with this notice (excluding VAT) are based on current information and scope as envisaged at August 2021. The estimated value as set out in Lot 1 is to cover both Lot 1 and Lot 2. The estimated value is only for the initial 5 years. The extension if utilised will be on a pro-rata basis. Lot 2: Supply & Spraying of Bitumen Emulsion products This is a multi party Framework Agreement for the provision of Applicants to supply and spraying of Bitumen Emulsion products (Lot 2). The estimated values associated with this notice (excluding VAT) are based on current information and scope as envisaged at August 2021. The estimated value as set out in Lot 1 is to cover both Lot 1 and Lot 2. The estimated value is only for the initial 5 years.The extension if utilised will be on a pro-rata basis.
