Tender description
To support the Cheshire and Merseyside Health and Care Partnership to develop and deliver a Marmot Community programme, aligned to the future Integrated Care System (ICS) strategy, to improve population health, reduce inequalities through action on the social determinants of health, and promote recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic. This will coordinate and direct specific actions for the different organisations across the partnership and the nine places, including NHS organisations such as the ICS, NHS Trusts and Primary Care Networks.
