Market Research and Analysis to Evaluate the Impact of Renewable Electricity Support Scheme (RESS) Community Measures on Social Acceptance of Wind and Solar PV Energy in Ireland SEAI invited proposals from suitable service providers for expert market research services to: 1. Design a Difference-in-Difference study to measure the changes in the public and community acceptance of wind and solar projects under Ireland’s Renewable Electricity Support Scheme. 2. Design and execute the first wave survey of the study in (1); including a representative survey of near-neighbours and wider host communities to community-led and developer-led RESS projects (as defined by RESS-1 T&Cs), as well as an appropriately representative control group.
