Tender description

This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) to provide awareness of an upcoming framework tender. This opportunity has been listed by LHC on behalf of: Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA) South-West Procurement Alliance (SWPA) Welsh Procurement Alliance (WPA) LHC Consortium Procurement Construction (CPC) LHC is seeking expressions of interest from consultants from various disciplines to bid for the replacement and amalgamation of our current housing consultancy, fire safety and energy efficiency consultancy Frameworks. Lot 1: LHC are intending to split the framework into multiple lots, it should be noted however that the list provided below will be further refined following our pre-tender engagement and therefore may not represent the lot structure in the final tender issued. • Fire safety consultants • Fire risk assessors • Energy Efficiency consultants • EPC assessors • Stock appraisals • Architectural services • Project management • Planning consultants • Principal designer • Civil and structural engineering • Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing services • Clerk of works • Building surveyor • Quantity surveyors • Employers agent • Health and safety environmental consultants • Construction management • Digital coordinator • Retrofit Assessors and coordinators • Multidisciplinary team and ancillary services. As this will be a national framework, within each lot there will be multiple geographical areas that bidders can apply for. It should be noted that some consultancy services are not planned to be procured for the North and Central England and London and South East regional areas due to existing framework offerings in those regions already available. Therefore, consultancy services covered by LHCs MDC1 framework will not be offered for bidding in our CPC and LSE business units, but bidders will be able to apply to provide these services in South West England , Wales and Scotland. LHC intend to carry out further engagement webinars with interested parties in due course to discuss or initial proposals and gain feedback before finalising the framework and issuing the tender.
