Tender description
London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) are planning to commence procurement for developer partner(s) to enter into a development agreement(s) to deliver two residential sites. The partner(s) will be required to provide all the skills and resources required to secure planning permissions, construct, dispose and manage the development(s). This PIN relates to the market testing for this procurement and will help form the procurement strategy and determine whether this becomes one development project or is split into two. Please email procurement@londonlegacy.co.uk for a confidentiality agreement. Once this is received you will be issued with a detailed brief and be invited to take part in some initial market testing. Responses to the market testing questionnaire are required by 28/02/22. Lot 1: LLDC are planning to commence procurement for a partner(s) to enter into a development agreement(s) to deliver 2 residential sites. The partner(s) will be required to provide all the skills and resources required to secure planning permissions, construct, dispose and manage. Rick Roberts Way – SE of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park (QEOP) fronting Stratford High Street: •The site extends to 18.5 ha •c.450 homes •76% Affordable Housing (by Hab Room) •3 ha of managed publicly accessible open space •Local Plan Site Allocation SA3.6 •Site has outline planning permission obtained in 2012 •Revised planning permission to be obtained •Potential for up to 10 storeys and potentially more. Aquatics Triangle - South of the London Aquatics Centre on QEOP: •The site extends to 1.5 ha •Currently local open space •0.3 ha developable area, subject to reconfiguration of existing uses •c.120 homes •50% Affordable Housing (by Hab Room) •Local Plan Site Allocation SA3.2 •Planning permission to be obtained.
