Galway City Council & Cluid Housing Association manage a 54 unit housing estate called Sliabh Ban which is located in Ballybane, Galway. Galway City Council & Cluid Housing Association are carrying out remediation works to each unit which will require residents to temporarily vacate their unit whilst the remedial works are being carried. To assist in this Galway City Council are looking for a suitable business to supply a moving / relocation service/ storage service to existing residents within Sliabh Ban Housing Estate, Ballybane, Galway. The majority of the moving / relocation of residents is to occur within the housing estate in question with some exceptions due to resident’s temporary needs. In the instance where residents are to be accommodated outside the estate it will be within 4 km of the Sliabh Ban Housing Estate.
