OD Consultancy to support to the National Health Protection and Screening Services DLT

Tender description

Following the appointment of a new National Director of Health Protection and Screening Services/Medical Director in June 2021 and changes to the Directorate Leadership Team (DLT), there is a need for Organisational Development (OD) consultancy, advice, and facilitation as part of phase 1 of an ambitious change agenda.The aim of the work is twofold,To design and facilitate a programme to build DLT relationships, effectiveness, and ownership of the long-term vision for the Directorate and to equip the DLT to shape the future design and prepare them to deliver the wider Directorate changes,and;-To provide expert advice and support to the DLT and People and OD Partner in scoping and developing an organisation design and development plan as part of the phase 2 wider Directorate changes planned for 2022
