Tender description

This contract is to carry out both cyclical servicing and minor repairs to 123 passenger, goods and platform lifts at 59 buildings across the City of Stoke-on-Trent. The Contract is expected to last for 2 years. In addition, the Contractor will be required to provide a 24 hour, 365 day emergency call out response service as follows: • A 1 hour response from initial call to attendance on site is required for entrapments. • A 2 hours response from initial call to attendance on site is required for breakdowns. The number of individual services is in the region of 730. The number of repair call outs could be in the region of 160 per annum. The number of entrapment call outs could be in the region of 40 per annum. Full details are available via ProContract Tendering System.
