HEAnet PIN office fit-out 2022

Tender description

PRIOR INFORMATION NOTICE (PIN) with the purpose of inviting MARKET CONSULTATION for the provision of the design, fit-out & contract management of: Category A fit-out: Raised floors, Suspended Ceilings, basic mechanical and electrical services, fire detection and smoke alarms, Air-conditioning and ventilation (HVAC) Category B fit-out: Fitted kitchen, partitioning including meeting rooms, offices and breakout spaces, office furniture, flooring, decorating, lighting, network cabling and power points, storage rooms & AV. Comms room to host c. 10 x standard racks to include power, air-conditioning, supply, and installation of racks. HEAnet intends to lease a new one-floor 16,000 sq. ft. shell and core interior office space based in Dublin 1 and will require a single contractor to design, build and manage the Category A and Category B fit-out. The purpose of this PIN is to seek and accept advice from potential contractors in the fit-out market. Please note that this is not a call for competition and no tender documents are available at this stage. The process will not be utilised in order to preclude any future competition to be conducted HEAnet. HEAnet intends to run a Restricted tender procedure in the coming months.
