Gentoo Group Ltd (Gentoo) seeks to appoint up to Four Contractors (one per lot) to provide inspection, testing, servicing and planned / reactive maintenance of fire-related systems in relation to various properties owned and managed by Gentoo. • Lot 1 – Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, Auto Opening Vents, Sprinkler Systems • Lot 2 – Fire Extinguishers and Fire Blankets, Wet and Dry Risers, Fire Dampers & Refuse Chutes, Fire Hydrants, Fire Suppression System • Lot 3 – Automatic Doors • Lot 4 – Fire Door Inspections (Periodic) The Contracts will be undertaken on a “Supply and Install” basis. Lot 1: Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, Auto Opening Vents, Sprinkler Systems Testing, inspection and servicing of - Emergency lighting systems - Fire Alarm Systems - Smoke control systems (including AOVs) - Sprinkler Systems Lot 2: Lot 2 – Fire Extinguishers and Fire Blankets, Wet and Dry Risers, Fire Dampers & Refuse Chutes, Fire Hydrants, Fire Suppression System Inspection and Maintenance of - Fire extinguishers & fire blankets - Dry and Wet Risers - Fire Dampers - Refuse Chutes - Fire Hydrants - Fire Suppression Systems Lot 3: Lot 3 – Automatic Doors Inspection and Maintenance of automatic opening doors Lot 4: Lot 4 – Fire Door Inspection (Periodic) Periodic inspection of Fire Doors.
