NGN contract ESRI to provide software and support for our GIS system which is used by our NGN field engineers and other operational staff to help identify, maintain and capture gas data information on all our below ground assets and geographical information.This includes a Technical Support Agreement (TSA) which provides support for custom code on our legacy applications, such as Collector App, which form a critical part of our data capturing process. Lot 1: NGN contract ESRI to provide software and support for our GIS system which is used by our NGN field engineers and other operational staff to help identify, maintain and capture gas data information on all our below ground assets and geographical information.This includes a Technical Support Agreement (TSA) which provides support for custom code on our legacy applications, such as Collector App, which form a critical part of our data capturing process. The current agreement expires in February which will need extending for a minimum of 3 months until such time NGN's new GIS system goes live, after which this support will nolonger be required. ESRI UK is the official UK distributor of this software and NGN have chosen to work directly with ESRI rather than use a reseller to provide this support.
