DBC (SF) Demolition of Paradise Depot

Tender description

The Council is seeking a competent Contractor for the safe demolition works of the Paradise Depot site to ground level, including all existing concrete and other hardstanding's, grubbing up existing foundations, and the removal of all debris in accordance with all surveys and pre-construction documentation provided. The contractor must have: Relevant experience of demolishing similar sized constructed buildings and within close proximity to adjoining residential, commercial and industrial buildings; Adequate health and safety processes in place; and A Business Continuity plan.
