Bereavement Services and the Register office utilise digital music and visual facilities in its provision of services to the public. This is provided through an audio visual digital system.This system provides a range of services from music requests for Funerals to Visual displays at services and the Webcasting of ceremonies at the family’s request. In addition to this the system can record CD and DVD's by request. With the exception of Music all of the above facilities generate additional income for Bereavement services.The provider will need to be able to source and provide any commercially available piece of music for use, this alleviates the need for families to provide any type of music for a ceremony and therefore reduces failure demand protecting the Authority’s reputation. In addition, portal arrangements will provide Funeral Directors and families the ability to directly order the music for their service.
