Tender description

Arbour Housing wishes to engage a suitably experienced and qualified Service Provider to provide cleaning services across its stock throughout Northern Ireland. The following services are required: Scheme Cleaning, Office Cleaning, and Void Cleans. It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 1st April 2023 and will be for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further 1-year period
