The GMC has the requirement to access the following legal research online on a 24/7 basis: * Access to extensive UK case law * Access to consolidated legislation Suppliers will be asked to set out the coverage that they provide, but as a minimum will cover: * House of Lords/Supreme Court and Privy Council * the Court of Appeal * Queen's Bench Division * the Employment Appeals Tribunal; and * the European Court of Justice.
