The contract is for the Council's Grounds Maintenance Services. It is split into the following Lots: 1. Grass Cutting - all Council owned areas excluding Cemeteries 2. Horticultural Services - all Council owned areas excluding Cemeteries 3. Cemetery Works - includes Grave Digging, maintenance of Crematorium and Church Grounds Lot 1: Grass Cutting Provision of grass cutting service. Additional information: The value reflects the initial 5 year contract period plus a 2 year extension Lot 2: Maintenance of Horticultural Features Provision of the horticultural and shrub maintenance service. Additional information: Contract value is for the initial 5 year term plus 2 year extension Lot 3: Cemeteries, Crematorium & Church Grounds Provision of the grounds maintenance service in cemeteries, crematorium and church grounds.
