Tender description

- Provide general support and accreditation to develop Commercial function, in addition to providing focused sessions and supporting business cases where opportunities prevail - Provide leadership cohesion activities and support across Identified cohorts - Develop and Implement a Management System Assessment and follow on System Development including but not limited to System Documentation - Program set up, governance and benefit reporting - Provide and support all associated software licence fees as Identified for duration of assignment Must be Shingo Award Recipients. National certification supporting the program Lot 1: The intention of this contract is to provide MOD with a National Accreditation of a Six Sigma program with embedded knowledge transfer using live project examples. The process will be embedded via Thought Leadership and will use the Shingo model but focus on utilising existing MOD systems and tools. Scale up/roll out cohesion programmes • Involve leaders and coaches beyond the pilot area deployment design/roadmap/governance structure • Embed cohesion with leadership • Develop internal experts Review Pilot and formalize Lean Structure, timelines, governance and 2-3 year roadmap • Expand cohesion and coaching to wider group - Gradual handover of some training and development to internal MoD Team • Continued S A Partners support to build Lean experts, coaches and leaders • Continued accreditation against LCS
