Corporate Services Contract Options Appraisal

<p>London Borough of Hounslow is undertaking a review of our existing contracts with break points in the near future to ensure we have an effective commissioning cycle, driving value for money, high performing and innovative supplier delivery, and strategic fit with Council and community needs. As part of this review, LBH are looking at the delivery model for existing contracts up for renewal in the next 24 months.</p> <p>We are actively seeking an open consultation to engage with the market and understand alternative delivery models as part of an options appraisal.</p> <p>Whether you are a Local Authority who has recently undertaken market analysis, or a service provider with innovation and the ability to deliver these services we would like to hear from you.</p> <p><strong>Please respond via the portal.</strong></p> <p>We are keen to understand market maturity and service innovations for delivery of three packages and five services, summarised below.
