Tender description

50 units of short-term accommodation based housing support for vulnerable homeless people with complex support needs, aged 18+. The service provides semi-independet, dispersed housing and support to prevent homelessness and enable individuals to make an effective transition to independent living. It provides support to enable homeless people, with multiple needs, to be assessed, supported, sign-posted and moved on in a positive way to long-term accomodation.
