Tender description

The Legal Aid Board invites tenders for a HCL Notes Support and Development contract to cover all aspects of HCL Notes administration (and HCL Notes configuration/set-up if required) and development. Support refers to on-going Domino and Notes Client software and related issues and specialist, analyst and support skills, for Incident Resolution and Small Projects/Service Requests Development refers to any out of scope and agreed change requests, modifications to the operation of the systems and specific projects as they arise including HCL Scripts and required agents. As part of the development contract we may require migration of HCL Notes databases to other formats eg SQL
