Tender description

Replacement of the existing roof membrane on the two combined prefabricated structures with a new roof finish comprising Paralon base coat and Paralon top coat. Replacement of existing external doors and windows. Remediation works to the external walls. Remediation works to external timber fascias and trims. Installation of a new fire alarm system (to IS 3218-2013+A1-2019) and certification of same. Installation of new emergency lighting system (to IS 3217:2013 + A1:2017) and certification of same. Electrical inspection and certification of same. Plumbing inspection and certification of same. Installation of paladin type wire mesh fencing. Installation of a height restrictor below the existing low hanging cable crossing the site.
