Tender description

University College Dublin (UCD) seeks an experienced advisor in relation to the large capital development programme planned for the coming three years. The Property Development Advisor (PDA) will be appointed by, and will report to, the Chief Financial Officer and will advise both the CFO and the Director of Property Development (DPD), as a non-executive. The role is for experienced advice and will not involve day-to-day project management. UCD will rely heavily on the appointed advisor to ensure that the university is conducting its planned property development activities in the correct manner.
