Horsham District Council - Commercial Waste and Recycling Disposal - AWARD

Tender description

Horsham District Council (the Council) invites tenders for the provision of a commercial waste and recycling disposal service for the Council's commercial waste and recycling collections. This is for the disposal; the Council runs its own collection service in-house. The tender is divided into six independent Lots: - Lot One: General Commercial Waste - Lot Two: Commercial Mixed Dry Recycling - Lot Three: Commercial Paper and Cardboard only - Lot Four: Wood Waste - Lot Five: Food Waste - Lot Six: Bulky Bags Each Lot will form its own Contract. The Commencement Date for the delivery of the services is scheduled to be on 1st February 2023 at 00:00 hours. The Contracts will be awarded for a period of 5 years until 31st January 2028 with an option to extend for a further 2 year period until 31st January 2030 subject to performance and the absolute discretion of the Council.
