Supply of Paint Packs

Tender description

River Clyde Homes require to procure the services of a company to supply Paint Packs to our tenants to enable them to internally decorate their homes. Specific Paint Packs are required for each of the various sizes and types of properties that are contained within RCH’s housing stock: Property Types / Sizes Bedsit, 1 bedroom flat, 2 bedroom flat, 3 bedroom flat, 4 bedroom flat, 1 bedroom house, 2 bedroom house, 3 bedroom house, 4 bedroom house, 5 bedroom house. The Paint Packs should include: - White matt emulsion (quantity of which is to cover all ceilings within property) - Water based gloss (quantity of which is to cover all woodwork within property) - Selection of coloured matt emulsions (quantity of which is to cover all walls within property) Accessories to be included within pack: - Polycell filler (suitable quantity and sizes) - Paint roller(s) with tray(s) (suitable quantity and sizes) - Paint brushes (suitable quantity and sizes) - Masking tape (suitable quantity and sizes) - Sandpaper/sanding blocks (suitable quantity and sizes) It is imperative that the successful bidder has a quick, simple and user-friendly ordering system for the Paint Packs which ensures minimal involvement in the process from RCH staff members. The Paint Packs must be delivered to our tenants within two working days from the date the customer places the order.
