School Minor Works Programme – Consultant Contract 2022-2025 Surveyor-led multi-disciplinary team

This contract has been awarded to McBains Ltd. Lot 1: Lewisham is seeking a Consultant to provide a surveyor led multi-disciplinary team to design and provide project management for the School Minor Works Programme 2022 to 2025. The appointed Service Provider will provide the Consultant role and multi-disciplinary services (including Project Management, Principal Designer, Building Surveyor and Contract Administration). The contract will cover a 4 year School Minor Works Programme, but will include a 12 month break clause, which means the contract can be terminated by the Employer on or around each anniversary of the date of the Agreement, and option to extend by an additional year, both at the sole discretion of the Council. The actual annual programmes of works and the timetable for any additional sites/works will be discussed and agreed with the appointed Consultant. The service will include, but is not limited to: • Provision of Consultant role and multi-disciplinary services covering but not limited to: • Structural Engineering • Building Fabric Design • Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Engineering • Quantity Surveying • Project Management • Contract Administration • Principal Designer
