SCH - Service, Repair and Maintenance of Air Conditioning units

Tender description

SCH would like to invite submissions for the Service, Repair and Maintenance of Air Conditioning units. The works shall consist of the quarterly servicing, and the day-to-day responsive repair of Air Conditioning Units. The proposed term of the Contract will be for an initial 2-year 10-month period, with an option to extend this period by up to a further two 12 month periods which will be subject to satisfactory performance. The contract will commence on 1st June 2022, initially ending following the 2-year 10-month period on 31st March 2025. Additional information: Solihull Community Housing (SCH) is an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) which was set up on 1 April 2004 to manage the housing stock owned by Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council. SCH delivers landlord services on behalf of the Council under a management agreement which was re-negotiated in 2014.
