Provision of a Housing and Asset Management IT Solution

Tender description

Epping Forest District Council (EFDC) is seeking a modern housing and asset management ICT solution from a suitably qualified supplier. EFDC owns and manages over 6 000 social housing property units, with approximately 1 000 leasehold properties and 2 000 garages. EFDC also owns and manages an array of commercial buildings which include a number of sheltered schemes. The initial contract term will be 5 years, with an option to extend for (up to) a further 5 years. Estimated total contract value below is therefore based on the maximum 10-year contract duration.
