Shetland Islands Council is seeking suitably qualified contractors to undertake the specialist test and servicing works across a range of buildings for which the Council has responsibility. Each contract will be regulated by the NEC3 Term Service Contract June 2005 (with amendments June 2006, April 2013). The contracts shall generally comprise the services as individually detailed.
