The creation of a Tier 1B supply chain to augment the existing Tier 1 supply chain. The Tier 1B scope of work will predominately focus on domestic scale / residential construction of the following; -Affordable Housing -Social & Dementia Care -Care homes and Care villages -Crisis Response -Complex Care These will be mainly new build construction, however, capability and experience in the refurbishment and retrofit of these buildings is also desirable. Whilst the Tier 1B Supply Chain will largely focus on domestic scale / residential construction, there may be opportunities that emerge in the refurbishment and/or retrofit of public buildings in Healthcare, Education, Social Care sectors. Capability and experience in relation to this is not mandatory but desirable.
