<p>41/42 Howard Street is located just off Northumberland Square within the conservation area. The area is partly commercial and partly residential. The property is located on the South Side of Howard Street with rear access from the back lane. The work consists of external refurbishment. This includes slate roof and associated leadwork. New sash windows to Howard Street elevation and rear elevation, brick and stone repointing, stonework repair and new rainwater goods. Curtilage work comprising new stone paving and railings. The building is residential consisting of two flats which will be in occupation throughout the project. The start date is to be agreed but it is hope works will commence before the end of February 2022.
