GB-Colchester: Kitchen Refurbishments

Tender description

Colchester Borough Homes (the Authority) on behalf of Colchester Borough Council (the Council) wishes to commission a contractor to undertake the Kitchen replacement programme for 2022-2026. Approximately 640 kitchens are to be refurbished over a four-year term that will be reviewed annually. The work will consist of upgrading / replacing kitchens at various Council owned properties throughout the Borough of Colchester. Full details of our requirements can be obtained in the associated supporting tender documents. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The contract is for a maximum of 4 years. After year, the council and the contractor will agree on the continuation of years 2-4.
